Privacy policy
Dearly Told Memorial Photography treats privacy as part of the service, especially when an inquiry concerns a funeral or family loss.
Information you send
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, service date, location, selected service, and the details you choose to include. We use this information only to respond, prepare a proposal, provide booked services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Photographs and family materials
Client photographs, recordings, written stories, and other family materials are handled according to the signed service agreement. They are not published in a portfolio, social media, or advertising without separate written permission.
Website data
Our hosting provider may process routine technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security and reliability. This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the business, when you direct us to, or when legally required. Inquiry messages and project records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, contractual, tax, security, or legal purposes.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain. Contact hello@dearlytoldphotography.com.
