We attend the gathering and professionally record messages from family and guests, then create a separate 8–12 minute film. Book it on its own or add it to another Dearly Told service.

Sending the family archive
After booking, you receive simple instructions based on what your family already has. You do not need to prepare a perfect archive before contacting us.
Best for organized digital photographs, phone videos, and voice recordings.
You can upload directly from the device where the files are stored.
We can accept a USB drive by mail when the archive is too large to upload comfortably.
Tell us how many you have. Careful scanning can be quoted after we review the quantity and condition.
Music and copyright
Royalty-free music is included. If your family wants a commercially released song, you are responsible for permission for public or online use. A family-supplied song may work for private, in-room playback, but social platforms and public websites can still block it.
Common tribute-film questions
The slideshow is built from photographs, titles, and one music track. The Signature film can also use home-video clips and recorded voices, and it is organized into a longer narrative.
Yes. Every package includes a high-definition master, and the slideshow includes a venue-ready backup. The Signature package also includes one playback consultation so the venue can confirm its setup.
No. Digital files are fastest, but physical photographs can be scanned. Because condition and quantity affect the work, scanning is quoted after we review the archive.
We ask the family to choose one decision-maker. That person gathers the family's notes and sends one clear revision list for each included round.
